Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original contents included.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, used sensory items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
