SHIPPING POLICY

At Calmzee™, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

  • Promotional or free shipping offers (when available) apply only to qualifying orders.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is not currently available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Calmzee™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your support email] and we will assist you in filing a claim or locating your order.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Calmzee™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • Approved claims will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Calmzee™, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original contents included.

  • Due to hygiene and safety considerations, used sensory items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopcalmzee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened sensory items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
